Five Things to Consider in a Photo Booth.
1) The Quality of the Photos A photo booth provides a great experience, but taking fantastic looking pictures to keep and share with friends is the real priceless payoff. Our Photo Booths are designed to be portable photography studios you could use for a model’s photo shoot. 1) We use an 18 Megapixel Canon DSLR Camera. Many companies use three mega pixel web cams in their photo booths. 2) We use full spectrum studio lighting. Almost all other booths use inexpensive flashes that will leave your friends and family blinking, cast with ugly shadows and red eyes. 3) We have mastered the angles so that people’s faces are the focus of the picture and not distant people getting swallowed by a background. Compare the pictures before the prices. Your memories of this once in a lifetime event are worth it. 2) Is the Photo Booth Reliable? Creating and maintaining a system to automate taking a great picture and having it print out instantly takes some skill. Many photo booth companies purchase their equipment prefabricated and filled with the least expensive equipment to hopeful first time entrepreneurs. We designed our booth from the ground up, we use the absolute best equipment possible, and we know how to make it work. We have heard too many stories about other companies starting late or ending early because something was malfunctioning. It is even worse when everything is out of focus and your pictures are blurred because the person running the booth doesn’t know the difference between a shutter speed and an aperture setting. Our booth will work to perfection or you’ll get 100% of your money back. You'll find lower quality booths for a lower price, but when was the last time you bought the cheapest option and it didn't break? Saving 5-10% on a photo booth that doesn't work 50% of the time isn't a good deal. 3) How Quick Does the Photo Booth Printer Print? Our photo booth printers will shoot out two lab quality 2”x6” photo strips in just 10 seconds. Many companies will use ink jet printers that can take up to a minute to print and may smudge on your clothes. Many other companies use less expensive printers that print their strips as one 4”x6” that must be manually cut apart with a razor blade by your guest or their attendant. That is not worth your money. 4) How Many People Can the Photo Booth Fit? Our photo booths will capture great photos with two or twelve people inside. Some companies make couples smash their faces together to just to get in frame and brag about how they can just remove the back curtain, and they can “fit” every body in if they stand behind it. Kind of defeats the purpose and magic of the privacy in a photo booth. Also find out if the photo booth is handicap accessible. We designed photo booths so everyone can enjoy them. 5) Hidden fees Our prices are all-inclusive because we know you are working with a budget and we want to be honest and upfront about how much we charge. You will most certainly find lower prices at first, but you will be shocked to find out that the price quote did not include $75 for props, $100 for a scrapbook, $100 for a flash drive of your pictures, $50 for hosting the images online, and $50 for a customized graphic. We’re not kidding. We have one price for a package and it includes everything without any fine print. For the best photo booth in Phoenix choose Candid Pix Photo Booths!
